Delightful, but a few Issues
View. Location Helpful reception staff and Manager. Breakfasts. Good fan and A/C
Broken taps in bathroom. Damaged sliding door catch. Distance from shower to towel rail!. No suitable shaver or adaptor in bathroom. Had to shave in bedroom with no mirror.

Stunning views of the city, great location and attentive staff
The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The view from the room was spectacular as was the view from the infinity pool. The staff were very attentive especially the manager Marcus. Irfan was also very helpful. The location feels far out of town at first but it’s actually within walking distance to the temple, kandyan culture centre and the city.
I was trying to call the airline about my lost luggage but was unable to ring through the switchboard as it wouldn’t connect.

Great value for money. Beautiful hotel, polite and friendly staff, nice food. The biggest impression was the garden and
The hotel is beautiful! The location is perfect, it has the view to the whole city and to the natural surrounding. Pool is also spectacular. People are so kind and polite. I would definitely love to come back here. I would reccomend this place to everyone visiting Kandy for few days.
The dining area could be a bit cleaner, especially windows, for the sake of the clear view on the beautiful surroundings...
